• Online quotes, estimates, and pricing are preliminary estimates only.
• Final pricing is determined after the vehicle has been inspected in person by Diamond Finish Detailing.
• Vehicle condition, size, pet hair, excessive dirt, stains, odors, mold, sand, mud, bodily fluids, and other factors may result in additional charges.
• Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before work begins whenever possible.

• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables before service.
• Diamond Finish Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
• Vehicles with excessive contamination may require additional time and fees.

• Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment issues, or previous appointments.
• Diamond Finish Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.

• While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some stains, odors, scratches, paint defects, oxidation, and other conditions may not be fully removable.
• No guarantee is made that all imperfections can be corrected.
• Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and materials.

• Hydrophobic paint protection is included with qualifying services.
• Protection durability varies depending on weather, maintenance, driving conditions, and vehicle use.
• Longevity estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

• Results vary depending on the condition of the headlights.
• Severely damaged or deteriorated headlights may not be fully restored.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, and other approved payment methods.

If you are unsatisfied with any portion of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we may attempt to address the concern.

Diamond Finish Detailing reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inaccessible vehicles, or unreasonable customer requests.

Diamond Finish Detailing shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, mechanical failures, electrical failures, or defects that occur during normal cleaning procedures.

Diamond Finish Detailing proudly serves the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. At this time, services are only available for customers located within Fond du Lac city limits.
